They are one of the most influential groups in Hip-Hop. Rakim is among the great (if not THE greatest) MC's of all time and he changed the way rappers rapped. They have countless hits and all of their albums are classic material. Nobody really knew what Eric B actually did other than DJ sometimes, but that doesn't matter!
