Courtesy of FSD, this is the track that basically got Kanye West signed to Roc-A-Fella. He played it for Dame Dash (yes, it was Dame and not Jay who signed Kanye) and the rest is history. Kanye speaks about this on the song "Last Call" off of College Dropout. On the song Kanye says...
